Deretan Game yang Puncaki Nominasi Game Awards 2021

Jakarta, Unbox.id – The Game Awards sebagai agenda tahunan dalam perayaan akhir tahun industri video game terbesar, hari ini mengumumkan nominasi tahun 2021.

Dengan nominasi utama disabet oleh  Deathloop, Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart, It Takes Two, dan Psychonauts 2.

Ajang ini menyoroti game, studio, dan materi iklan terkemuka dari 2020-2021 yang mendorong industri game ke masa depan.

Daftar nominasi yang mengesankan tahun ini mencakup 107 game, individu, tim, dan acara berbeda yang mencakup banyak genre dan platform game.

The Game Awards diproduksi oleh Geoff Keighley dan Kimmie Kim. LeRoy Bennett adalah direktur kreatif, dan Richard Preuss adalah direktur.

Secara Langsung

Pada tahun 2020, The Game Awards mencatat rekor 83 juta streaming langsung, naik 84% dari tahun ke tahun.

Setelah mengambil format sepenuhnya virtual di tahun lalu, The Game Awards 2021 akan kembali mengadakan acara secara langsung di Microsoft Theater pada Kamis, 9 Desember 2021.

Itu juga termasuk kembalinya The Game Awards Orchestra, yang dipimpin oleh Lorne Valfe.

Tahun ini, gabungan baru Xbox Game Studios dan Bethesda adalah penerbit yang paling banyak dinominasikan dengan 20 nominasi di seluruh portofolio game gabungannya.

Kemudian diikuti oleh Sony Interactive Entertainment dengan 11 nominasi, dan SQUARE ENIX dan Electronic Arts dengan masing-masing 10 nominasi.

Nominasi untuk The Game Awards 2021 dipilih oleh juri global lebih dari 100 publikasi media dan outlet influencer.
